What makes it the good stuff

  • Three ingredients. Sometimes one.

    Cod Skins are cod skins. That's the whole list. Chicken Littles are chicken breast, brown rice, and a dash of potato flour. No glycerin, no meat meal, no mystery powder.

    We dry everything low and slow instead of baking it. That concentrates the flavor down to something dogs react to immediately, and it means we don't need preservatives to keep a bag shelf-stable.

    Hand-mixed and dehydrated in small batches at our Fish Pier kitchen, then boxed up and sent your way.

  • 4. Change your mind anytime

    Skip a delivery, swap a flavor, pause for vacation. Takes about four taps.

What's the difference between GOODSTUFF20 and GOODSTUFF30?

GOODSTUFF20 takes 20% off a one-time order. GOODSTUFF30 takes 30% off your first subscription delivery. They can't be combined, and each one can be used once per customer — so pick whichever matches how you'd like to start.

Can I order once now and subscribe later?

Of course, and plenty of people do exactly that. Try a bag, see what your dog thinks, then set up a subscription whenever you're ready. No one's rushing you.

How much do subscribers save?

10% on every order, on every product — treats, food, chews, supplies, all of it — for as long as the subscription is active. Plus 30% off that first delivery. Both apply automatically at checkout.

How does the subscription work?

Pick your products, pick a delivery schedule, and we ship automatically at that interval. You can change the items, the frequency, or the whole plan whenever you want from your account.

Can I change the items or the schedule?

Yes — add, remove, or swap anything at any time from your account dashboard, and pick a new frequency whenever you like. If you need something sooner, you can pull a delivery forward.

Can I cancel? Is there a commitment?

No commitment and no cancellation fee. Cancel anytime from your account, or pause it if you'd rather keep the option open.

When will I be billed, and when does it ship?

Your payment method is charged the day your order is processed, and it typically ships within 1–3 days. Delivery usually lands 3–5 business days after that.

What if something in my subscription is out of stock?

We'll get in touch and either suggest a substitute you're happy with or skip that item for the cycle. We won't swap something into your box without asking.
